Please read these Terms and Conditions before you make your purchase.

01 Customer agreement

The customer agreement includes the performance of work, products and services provided by us (Dolly Doodah). By ordering from us it is hereby stated that you (the customer) has read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

02 Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order, and a full refund, up until your personalised design begins. If we have already started the design process you will not be entitled to a full refund.

06 Returns

All of our personalised products are sold on a made to order basis, therefore as per Distance Selling Regulations 2000, we are unable to offer a refund based on you changing your mind . In the event of a damaged or faulty product being received, please contact us immediately and a refund or exchange will be offered. A full refund will be given once the item has been returned to us, but If it is deemed the fault is caused by direct misuse a full refund may not be considered. Non personalised items can be returned for a refund/exchange as long as they are received back in a new, unused condition within 14 days.

Care advice

Your item must be treated with care, by following a few simple guidelines your product will stay looking fantastic:

do not leave in direct sunlight, heat or adverse temperatures
do not submerge in water
do not expose to perfume, hairspray or any similar products which may leave a coating over the item
do not drop or rub against other items

Online imagery

The pictures on our website are there to assist you in selecting the right item for you. Photos may be helpful in determining colour and other related characteristics of our items. The pictures in our galleries only provide an approximate representation of the actual product due to the conversion process of uploading photos to the site, the individual settings of the device you may be viewing them on and the variation in lighting.

Copyright

Dolly Doodah reserves the right to photograph the items it has produced, to reproduce or distribute them or utilise them in any way we feel necessary, as well as to display them for advertising purposes.

The content and work placed on our website is covered by international copyright laws and by other laws intended to safeguard intellectual property. Any reproduction, distribution and any kind of exploitation that is not covered by copyright requires the express written consent and approval of Dolly Doodah.

Downloads and copies of our web pages are not permitted for any use.
