How Do I Place An Order?

Simply select your product(s) from our Etsy store, and follow to the checkout.  We will hand make your order and send it to you via royal mail.

 

Payment and Shipping

Your payment will be made at the Etsy checkout using a secure online system. All major credit/debit cards, PayPal and giftcards are accepted. 

 

Returns and Refunds

All of our personalised products are sold on a made to order basis, therefore as per Distance Selling Regulations 2000, we are unable to offer a refund based on you changing your mind.  In the event of a damaged or faulty product being received, please contact us immediately and a refund or exchange will be offered.  A full refund will be given once the item has been returned to us. For a list of what is not deemed as a fault please read our full Terms and Conditions. Non personalised items can be returned for a refund/exchange as long as they are received back in a new, unused condition within 14 days.

 

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

As each item is made to order please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch. If you require one of our products at short notice please contact us, as in some circumstances we may be able to accelerate your order.

 

Can I Change My Order Once The Work Has Started?

Unfortunately you are not able to change your personalised order once the work has started.  Please contact us to see if your product has been started.  

 

What If I Can't Find What I Want?

As all our products are made to order, we are happy to talk to you to accommodate your requirements.  Please contact us to arrange your order. 

 

What If I Need To Match A Specific Colour Scheme?

We can order in most colours of paint, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
